DESCRIPTION

The program is designed to provide physicians with cutting-edge strategies for diagnosis and treatment in hand and wrist surgery. Covering both arthroscopic and open techniques, the course focuses on the most complex and challenging pathologies, offering participants exposure to innovative surgical solutions supported by the latest clinical evidence. Tailored for experienced professionals, this program is intended for hand and upper limb surgeons with a minimum of three years of dedicated practice in hand and wrist arthroscopy.

This course is designed for hand and/or upper limb surgeons with at least 3 years of hand and wrist arthroscopic experience.
Dr Chung Sze Ryn

Dr. Chung is a Consultant from Department of Hand and Reconstructive Microsurgery Singapore General Hospital. She graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland, and completed her fellowship Wrist Arthroscopy and Upper Limb Spasticity & Paralysis surgery in Institut de la Main (International Wrist Center) in Paris, France under the supervision of Drs. Christophe Mathoulin, Ahlam Arnaout, Lorenzo Merlini, Mathilde Gras and Caroline Leclercq in 2023. 
Dr Margeret Fok

Dr Margeret Fok is a Consultant of the Division of General Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Queen Mary Hospital. Being an Honorary Clinical Associate Professor of The University of Hong Kong and leading the musculoskeletal infection multidisciplinary team within Department of Orthopaedic and Traumatology, Queen Mary Hospital. After moving back to Hong Kong, she worked with Professor SP Chow, Dr Boris Fung and Dr PC Ho. With special interest in Hand & Wrist Surgeries and Microsurgeries, she furthered her training with multiple fellowship with Professor Diego Fernandez in Bern, Switzerland for the Management of Complex Wrist Problems, Professor Fu-Chen Wei for Soft Tissue Coverage in Limbs, Prof. David Chuong for Nerve Reconstruction in Brachial Plexus Injuries and Professor Yuen-Kuen, Tu for the Management of Complex Hand Conditions and Brachial Plexus Injuries.
Dr Jeyasilan Karpudewan

Dr Jeyasilan is an Orthopaedic Consultant subspecialized in Upper Limb and Microsurgery with special interest in Upper limb Sports Injuries, Minimally Invasive Surgery and Microsurgery. He obtained his Medical Degree from Malaka Manipal Medical College in 2006 and later completed his Masters in Orthopaedics from USM. Following that, he went on with his subspecialty fellowship for Upper Limb Arthroscopy Minimally Invasive Surgeries in Miami, USA with Dr Alejandro Badia, a Consultant from Badia Hand to Shoulder Center and Buenos Aires.
