DESCRIPTION

This course will provide attendees with essential tools to diagnose and treat a range of shoulder and knee pathologies. Tailored specifically to address the complexities of arthroscopic shoulder and knee surgery with innovative treatment solutions based on the latest clinical evidence.

Surgeons attending this course should have at least three years’ experience in this field and perform at least 30 shoulder and knee arthroscopies per year, independently.

FACULTY

Dr. Foo Gen Lin
APEX Sports Clinic, Singapore

Dr. Foo completed his medical training from the UK, having trained at Cambridge University and St. George’s University, London. He started his specialist training in Orthopaedic Surgery in Singapore and was admitted as a Fellow to the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh).

Dr. Lee Kong Hwee
Singapore General Hospital, Singapore

Dr. Lee is a senior consultant with the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at SGH. He sub-specializes in knee preservation work, namely realignment osteotomies, knee distraction, cartilage, meniscal and ligament surgeries.

Dr. Benjamin Ang
Singapore General Hospital, Singapore

Dr. Ang is a consultant with the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at SGH and subspecializes in sports orthopaedic. He is actively involved in medical training and education and is appointed by National University of Singapore as senior clinical lecturer and convenor.
