DESCRIPTION
 

The course will provide attendees with the right tools to diagnose and treat a range of shoulder and knee pathologies. This course has been tailor-made to tackle the more challenging aspects of arthroscopic shoulder and knee surgery and will display innovative surgical treatment options based on the newest clinical evidence.

FACULTY
Dr. Hamid Razak
Total Orthopaedic Care & Surgery, Singapore 


Dr Hamid is a prominent Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with more than 15 years of experience. He is concurrently an Adjunct Associate Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School. Prior to private practice, Dr Hamid was the lead for the Sports & Joint Preserving Osteotomy Services at Sengkang General Hospital. He was also the site chief for the SingHealth Sports & Exercise Medicine Centre.
 
Dr.Ruben Manohara
Shoulder Elbow Orthopaedic Clinic, Singapore


Dr Ruben is a fellowship-trained Consultant orthopaedic surgeon with the Shoulder Elbow Orthopaedic group. Prior to starting private practice, he was a consultant with the National University Hospital (NUH) and an Assistant Professor with the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS). His specialty areas of interest include joint replacements, sports injuries and complex trauma involving the shoulder & elbow.
 
Dr. Lester Tan
Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore


Asst. Prof. Lester Tan serves as a Senior Consultant in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. Prof Tan is very involved in medical education, both undergraduate and postgraduate, and has received multiple teaching awards over the years. He serves as the overall orthopaedic lead in the Lee Kong Chian (LKC) school of medicine in NTU. He is also a senior clinical lecturer in the Yong Loo Lin (YLL) school of medicine in NUS, core clinical faculty in the Orthopaedic residency training program.
