DESCRIPTION
 

The course will provide attendees with the right tools to diagnose and treat a range of shoulder and knee pathologies. This has been tailor-made to tackle the more challenging aspects of arthroscopic shoulder and knee surgery and will display innovative surgical treatment options based on the newest clinical evidence.

The attendees will hear talks on current concepts, engage in lively discussions with faculty and their peers and also have the chance to perform the latest techniques in the ArthroLab.



FACULTY
Dr. Alan M Hirahara
Sacramento Orthopedic Center, USA

Dr. Hirahara is a fellowship trained specialist in sports medicine and is board certified in orthopedic surgery and orthopedic sports medicine in the United States and Canada. He is a team physician for the Sacramento River Cats and the California State University.

 
Dr. Hamid Razak
Total Orthopaedic Care & Surgery, Singapore


Dr. Hamid is the Vice President of Singapore Knee Preservation Society and also a Clinical Associate Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School. He has a keen interest in clinical research having published over 100 peer-reviewed articles.

 
Dr. Keith Wan
Kwong Wah Hospital, Hong Kong


Dr. Wan is an Associate Consultant at the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology in Kwong Wah Hospital, specializing in managing sports injuries, joint reconstruction and trauma surgeries. He is the team doctor of the Hong Kong China Men’s Football Team and a committee member of the Medical Committee of the Football Association of Hong Kong.
