DESCRIPTION

The course presents strategies to equip surgeons with the highest level of diagnostic and treatment practice modalities specific to foot and ankle arthroscopy and open surgery. This course format has been specifically designed to address the more challenging aspects of foot and ankle pathologies and will highlight innovative surgical treatment options based on the newest clinical evidence. This course is designed for lower limb or foot and ankle surgeons with at least 3 years of foot and ankle arthroscopic experience.

FACULTY

Dr Tay Kae Sian
Singapore General Hospital

Dr Tay completed his specialist training in Orthopaedic Surgery in Singapore. He is a dual fellowship trained surgeon with advanced training in complex Foot and Ankle surgery and in Lower Limb Reconstruction and Deformity correction at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, and the Hull Royal Infirmary respectively, in the UK. His expertise includes foot and ankle surgery, lower limb trauma, deformity correction and limb reconstruction and specialized external fixator.

Dr. Yeung Yeung
Asia Medical Specialist, Hong Kong

Dr Yeung experience in public and private service over past 26 years working experience. Special interest with fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery. Academic contributory work as Horary Clinical teacher for University of Hong Kong and Journal reviewer in Journal of Orthopaedic surgery.
