DESCRIPTION
 
This introductory shoulder arthroplasty course is designed for early-career surgeons looking to build confidence and elevate their expertise across the full spectrum of shoulder replacement. Through expert-led didactics, case-based discussions, and hands on learning, participants will explore modern innovations in primary anatomic total shoulder arthroplasty, reverse total shoulder techniques, and the strategic management of complex revision cases. The course emphasizes practical decision making, implant selection, and contemporary surgical concepts to equip surgeons with the skills needed to deliver optimal patient outcomes in their growing shoulder practice.
