For the past decade, WINS has showcased the achievements of women in sports medicine surgery while fostering education, mentorship, and meaningful professional connections. The program features small-group breakout sessions with personalized interaction and instruction, as well as an ArthroLab™ experience where participants can refine shoulder or knee surgical techniques under faculty guidance.
